Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

The free trial costs nothing and needs no card, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. If you don't choose a plan, your account moves to read-only when the trial ends.

2. Cancelling a paid plan

• You can cancel at any time by writing to hello@mytiny.in from the owner's email address.
• Plans are paid in advance and do not renew automatically, so no further payment will be taken.
• Your school keeps full access until the end of the period already paid for.

3. Refunds

• Charged twice or the wrong amount? We refund the extra amount in full.
• First paid plan: if myTiny isn't right for your school, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Other payments for a period that has already started are not refunded, but your school keeps access until the period ends.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 7 working days, depending on your bank.

4. School fees paid by parents

myTiny does not collect or hold school fees. Fees are paid to the school, so please contact your school about any fee refund.
