Delete your account

Parents

In the myTiny app: open My details → Delete my account, type your password and confirm.

On the web: sign in to your school's parent corner (mytiny.in/your-school), open My details → Delete my login, type your password and confirm.

What is deleted straight away: your login, and with it your access from every phone and browser. What stays: your child's admission record at the school, including your name and phone number on it, because it belongs to the school. To have that changed or removed, ask your school; they can do it in myTiny.

Can't sign in any more? Write to hello@mytiny.in from the email address on your login, with your school's name. We delete it within 7 days.

Schools

The school's owner signs in and opens Settings → Your data → Close school. The account closes at once. All of the school's data (children, parents, fees, photos) is deleted 60 days later; we email the owner 30 and 7 days before, and the data can be downloaded until then.

myTiny's own invoices to the school are kept as long as tax law requires.
